31 Market Place, Chippenham

An existing office block was renovated to turn it into a more cohesive, open place to work. Internal space was maximized for the creation of serviced office space in the heart of Chippenham town centre. Structural design was done by Giraffe Engineering, enabling the conversion of the full loft space and creation of a large dormer to the front elevation to maximize space, with external steel framing elements supporting the new roof and creating an architectural statement.
