A high-quality new build development of 18 homes set in beautiful countryside in Chew Valley. Each plot is unique, and a close attention to detail was required to achieve the desired level of finish inside and out, with authentic stone and timber cladding, exposed stone lintels and chimney breasts.

Giraffe Engineering provided structural and civil engineering design services, supporting the developer to adopt an innovative precast pile and ground beam foundation solution to deal with the local ground conditions of soft and desiccated clay soils.
